For Handling and Storage

  • Take care when opening endless-welded saw bands, as they are under ten sion when delivered. We will be happy to provide instructions upon request
  • Always wear safety shoes, work gloves, a helmet and safety goggles when unpacking and assembling the tool
  • It is important not to remove the tooth guard of the bandsaw blades until they are mounted on the machine
  • Close the impeller cover on band saws during the operating phase
  • If technically possible, switch off the machine via the main switch when changing the bandsaw blade
  • Further safety instructions can be found in the operating instructions of your machine manufacturer
